5. Care Facility Services
5.1 Service Agreement
Care facilities using our services agree to: • Provide accurate information about staffing needs • Compensate us according to agreed rates • Comply with employment laws and regulations • Ensure safe working conditions • Provide necessary facility orientation • Report any professional conduct issues
5.2 No Guarantee

6. Payment and Fees
6.1 Service Fees

11. Confidentiality

12. Dispute Resolution
