Passport or Driving Licence

Include front and back. If using a driving licence, either combine pages into one PDF or upload separately using front/back fields below.

Reverse side of your Driving Licence

UK/Irish Passport (front cover, back cover & photo page) OR Birth Certificate

If using a birth certificate as proof of right to work, the original must also be sighted in person.

Dated within last 3 months: Bank/Credit Card Statement, Account Opening Letter, Utility Bill (no mobile), Benefit Statement. OR within last 12 months: Mortgage Statement, Council Tax Bill.

A second proof of address from the same list above.
